Quantum LEEP Academy a therapeutic Clinic and K-8 Independent School Program is now hiring a Social Worker for both group work and independent caseload. QLA in partnership with LEEP Forward, a multi-disciplinary therapeutic clinic. We are located in Ravenswood.

LCSW is required for this position. Licensure by applicable Illinois state requirements.

Quantum LEEP Academy programming is in a multi-aged groups, with a particular focus on social/emotional development and individualized goals. Children enrolled in our programming are between the ages of 6-14 years old with a variety of developmental differences, including autism.

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Leadership qualities to coach and train peers
• The ability to support and work collaboratively with Paraprofessionals, Staff, Related Service Providers and Administration to maintain overall quality of programming.
• Excellent communication with parents.
• All applicants must have strong problem-solving and crisis-management skills.
• All applicants must have experience working with children who may have developmental delays such as autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, or developmental delays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The social worker must effectively communicate assessments and care plans to parents and the multidisciplinary team
