Responsibilities for Lead Graphic Designer

• In charge of the overall visual designs we are creating for our customers
• Lead a team of Graphic Designers
• Design in 3 dimensions for things like monument signs, cabinet signs, and dimensional letters and logos
• Accurately size and scale graphics on all types of buildings, vehicles, equipment, and objects.
• Idea generation for concepts and render mockups
• Working creatively within customer-provided brand guidelines
• Prepare proofs and detailed shop drawings
• Prepare design files for print and production
• Manage daily design workflow and deadlines
• Manage adobe cloud suite with proofing templates and customer files
• Work closely with Sales and Production Teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience preferably in the graphic design space
• 4+ years of experience designing in 2D and for 3D spaces - demonstrated with portfolio
• Experience and success working collaboratively with a team
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Suite
• History of hard work and dedication to your profession
• Versatility with a wide range of design experience
• Familiarity with architectural and construction documents
• History of keen attention to detail
• Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
