About the Position:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Signal Processing & Communications Engineer to join their team in Palm Bay, Florida. This role involves developing detailed models and analysis for complex communication and signal processing systems, as well as supporting the implementation of these solutions in firmware or software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Communication system theory and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, or equivalent with 10 or more years of relevant work experience (PhD preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed floating-point and fixed-point models in MATLAB/Simulink, C, C++, or Python
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Electronic Warfare (EW) and Electronic Attack (EA) systems, Array signal processing including geolocation and direction finding
• Current DoD Top Secret or Top Secret-SCI clearance

Requirements:

• Willingness to move to Florida
• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, if not already possessed
