Job Location :2007 NW 52nd Street Lawton, OK 73505

Shift :12 hour shifts 7a-7p, Bi-weekly pay period, 3-4 shifts per week

Contract duration: 3 months plus high possibility of extension

LPN - Charge Nurse that will be responsible for managing a 25 - 30 bed Long Term Care Unit or a 17-20 bed Skilled Nursing Unit at our Long Term Care and Rehabilitation facility.

The Charge Nurse will be responsible for carrying out tasks including providing daily treatments, providing medications as needed, documenting care on residents, supervising CNA's and CMA's assigned to work on the unit caring for the same 25 - 30 LTC residents or 17- Patients.

The LPN will be responsible for communicating with families and physicians about the care needs of the residents under their care.

We maintain in accordance with CDC recommendations with the current pandemic of COVID-19, there may be a chance that you will be taking care of positive COVID-19 patients.
