Fine Print (essential requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (or related field)
  • 3+ years progressive human resources experience including responsibility for organizational effectiveness/change management, learning & development, talent management and performance management across all levels of an organization including senior leadership, mid-level managers, new managers and broad front-line workforce groups.
  • SHRM certification preferred


Work/life Integration:

  • Will require overtime, after-hours, and weekend work during periods of high volume
  • Must be able to travel often (up to 25%), including overnight
  • Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting
  • This is an in-person position based at our Dallas HQ, and is not eligible for remote/telecommuting


Pay & Perks

Compensation range $75,000 - $80,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
