The Team – Strategy & Transformation

Join a team of talented professionals with deep business and finance transformation experience to guide clients through major transactions (M&A, carve outs, IPOs), new system implementations, and organizational challenges. We help organizations develop business strategy and execute on transformation initiatives in the areas of operational accounting, financial process improvement, financial technology enablement, FP&A, and transactions.

Your Impact

  • Work with a diverse set of commercial clients ranging from growth and mid-size companies to leading enterprise Fortune 100 brands.
  • Deliver strategic advice and solutions to C-Level executives on how to execute change management programs for large-scale transformations.
  • Develop Organizational Change Management (OCM), stakeholder engagement, and communications strategies that drive people-centric approaches for transitioning from the current environment to the desired future state in a variety of contexts (e.g., acquisition integration, systems implementations, business process redesign, etc.).
  • Provide OCM
  • Facilitate client working sessions ranging from executive and board level meetings to large group presentations and requirements gathering exercises.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to MorganFranklin client delivery teams on incorporating change management best practices across all engagements.
  • Leverage a "roll-up your sleeves" style to develop and execute against clients' strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements.
  • Play an active role in business development efforts across all stages (market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, oral presentations).
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients at all levels that are based on integrity and trust.
  • Contribute to industry best perspectives on Organizational Change Management.

Your Experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of Organizational Change Management and Communications experience
  • Demonstrated track record helping companies undergo major transformations (e.g., system implementations, organization restructuring, comprehensive process improvement initiatives, etc.)
  • Broad understanding of different functions within an organization (e.g., Finance, IT, HR, Sales and Marketing, etc.)
  • Functional experience with the following:
    • Developing, executing, and managing change management strategies, deliverables, and activities
    • Conducting and reviewing stakeholder and organization readiness assessments
    • Leading teams of Change Management professionals
    • Senior Leadership engagement
    • Establishing consistent change management standards, methods, and tools to be used throughout a program's / project's lifecycle
    • Building creative strategies to support the development of Organizational Change Management competencies at clients
    • Represent Organizational Change Management through governance within each program's / project's milestones
    • Write, review, and provide approval of key project and organizational communications
    • Helping support the stand-up and of PMO organizations and working closely with PMO organizations throughout an engagement duration
  • Prior experience working directly with and advising C-Level executives, including experience presenting complex ideas and facilitating executive workshops
  • Experience leading large teams across multiple engagements and developing staff.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (may substitute for business-related undergraduate degree)
  • Progressive responsibility in managing client relationships and achievement against business development goals
  • Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time
