Material Handler

Duration: 6+months with the possibility of extension

Location: Pineville,NC-28134

Shift: Mon - Fri 6am - 2:30pm OT as needed

Job Description:
Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable Material Handler who would be responsible for organizing and packing shipments as well as supporting the movement of material from Production to Quality and to Shipping using material handling equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Rigging
• Segregate materials by SO#, JO# and create job piles in the yard.
• Load and unload trucks and containers per packing list
• Install CT
• Pull the proper materials per drawing.
• Issue the proper materials to the shop.
• Keep an accurate live inventory of surplus materials.
• Assist Material Controls, Shipping and Receiving

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
