Material Handler/Forklift | $21/hr for 1st shift, $22/hr for 2nd shift

Monday-Friday, every other Saturday | 1st shift hours are 7am-4pm and 2nd shift hours are 4pm-2am

Aventure Staffing is assisting a well-established Food Production facility in Milford, IA is looking to hire Material Handlers for their Warehouse Team. The Material Handler maintains the warehous stock that is received, inventoried, and distributed. Candidates should have forklift and warehouse experience. Great pay, awesome schedule, & opportunities for overtime!

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks that require manual material handling.
• Responsible for successfully moving food and finished goods through the facility
• Load, unload, and stage productions in an efficient and safe manner
• Prepare products for shipment which may include manually stacking and building pallets of products in an efficient and safe manner
• Safely operate & utilize manual & power equipment
• Review orders for shipment to ensure accuracy
• Conduct inventory audits
• Other warehouse duties & activities as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong independent worker
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up 50lbs.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift certification with 1-3 years' experience preferred
