Field Merchandiser – Reset Murphy

The InStore Group (ISG) is a leading provider of Independent Contractor full-service retail merchandising opportunities within the retail, grocery, mass market, hardware, discount, convenience, and pharmacy locations.

ISG has current opportunities for Field Merchandisers that will work with an onsite Project Liaison executing cooler location resets both outside and inside Convenience Stores/Fuel Stations. May be working in cold conditions. These are typically 4–8-hour projects with assisting vendors ranging from 1-3 onsite. Note, some locations may be cold, and some locations may take longer than expected.

Requirements: Must have merchandising and/or reset experience

Scope of work:

• Resets begin at 6:00 a.m. daily.
• Reset cooler sections per new Planograms and complete tagging of shelves.
• The adjustment and/or movement of existing product and shelves.
• Planogram (POG) experience required.
• Self-motivated, self-sufficient, detail-oriented, organized and a problem solver.
• Positive attitude and good work ethic is essential.
• Must be comfortable interacting and communicating with the public and store personnel.
• Must be dependable.
• Must have camera phone or digital camera.
• Must be willing and able to enter surveys for resets completed on the same day project is completed into our app - Natural Insight.
• Reliable transportation.
• Courteous, polite, and professional, with good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work as an Independent Contractor.
• Client directive $15.00 per hour.
