POSITION

We are seeking an energetic METRC/Flowhub technician to intake all inventory orders and import to our POS system. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and willing to pivot into new responsibilities. Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a requirement for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the day-to-day METRC compliance process
  • Implement and adhere to inventory management and METRC reporting practices
  • Stay up-to-date on all compliance regulations, coordinating with the Director of Compliance to attend all relevant training, meetings, etc.
  • Oversee document control and organization of COAs and METRC manifests
  • Audit inventory to ensure accuracy with METRC
  • Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations
  • Conduct internal on-site compliance audits
  • Intake all incoming transfers per METRC regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years’ compliance-related experience in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience in a legal cannabis market highly preferred
  • Knowledge and practical experience with inventory management procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of different cannabis products preferred
  • Knowledge of METRC & Flowhub
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
  • Comfortable in a start-up atmosphere

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Cannabis Industry: 2 years
  • METRC: 2 years
  • Flowhub: 1 year
  • Microsoft Office, including advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Data Entry: 2 Years

EDUCATION

  • High School or equivalent work experience

  • Must be willing to travel within the state and have a clean driving record

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
all Customers and Employees are required to wear masks on-site. We check for COVID symptoms and temperatures of everyone who enters the building on a daily basis.
