Seeking our next AMAZING Team Member (hopefully you!) with experience working with children.

3 - 5 Year Old Classroom Floater: 7:00AM - 4:00PM or 9AM - 6PM with a one-hour lunch; giving bathroom breaks and lunches; reading stories and singing songs with children; supporting our teachers and children as needed and so much more, $15 - $16.00/hr DOE .

Infant/Toddler Floater: 8:30AM - 4:30PM or 9AM - 6PM or 12PM - 6PM with a one-hour lunch; giving bathroom breaks and lunches; giving snuggles; supporting our teachers and children as needed and so much more, $15 - $16.00/hr DOE .

A highly qualified candidate will have at least one year as a Teacher (Floater or Assistant) in a licensed child care center working with children in this age group, a positive and upbeat attitude with strong communication skills, patience, and at least two recommendations (see additional qualifications below). Montessori experience is not required but preferred.

Teacher Qualifications:

+ Dependable, wants to work!

+ Prior experience in a preschool environment - PREFERRED 1 year.

+ Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents

+ Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality

+ Shows initiative; strong work ethic

+ Strong attendance habits, on time

+ Ability to work in a team environment

+ Professional conduct

+ Communicate well with parents

+ High school diploma or GED/CPR/First Aid certifications/background check/fingerprints required
