Description and RequirementsWhether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you! About the role
As an Educator, you will join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being! You will support a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
Implement and participate in the day-to-day programs of your service

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
Enjoy working with kids
Strong and clear communication
Availability Monday - Friday
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
Australian work rights
Hold a Cert III (CHC30121) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care , Cert III (CHC30221) or IV Education Support, Cert III (10983NAT) or IV Outside School Hours Care or Degree or diploma in education, recreation, sport science, leisure studies, social and behavioural science or nursing What's in it for you?
