Outside Sales Representative

NW Mechanical is looking for a top-notch In-home Sales Professional. Come work for the top company in Woodinville. This position will give you the opportunity to sell Home automation and Energy systems to residential homeowners. Candidates motivated by potential of making $100k+, please apply!

Work start and end time: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, evenings and weekends, per customer needs

Pay Scale: 100% Commission. 9% of Revenue. $2,000 Draw Provided. Estimated expected salary $100k - $150k.

• Vacation -. Full-time employees: 1-2 years of service will receive 10 days of PTO, 3-4 years of service will receive 15 days of PTO and 5+ years of service will receive 20 days of PTO. PTO is earned per work week. 1-2 years of service accrue at 1.53 hours per week, 3-4 years of service accrue at 2.31 hours per week and 5+ years of service accrue at 3.08 hours per week. A maximum of 80 hours PTO can be carried over from year to year.

Position Summary: To inform and educate consumers and existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression thereby obtaining sales for the company that are competitive and profitable.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years consultative sales exp; in-home sales and / or HVAC a huge plus!
• Ability to work Evenings and Saturdays
• Desire to make $100K+ per year income
• Great personality with proven ability to develop relationships quickly
• Valid Driver's License with clean, insurable driving record
• Fast learner
• Good Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• High school diploma or its equivalent
