Sun Protection of Florida is looking to grow our Sales Team! Sun Protection of Florida is a family owned business specializing in the sales and installation of motorized awnings and screens. We service all over the state of Florida and we are looking for our next top talent!
Job Summary:
Position location: Miami, FL Area (Fort Lauderdale- Miami)
Sun Protection of Florida is the leading retailer of retractable awning and motorized sunshades in the state of Florida. SPF takes pride in its detail-oriented and professional sales team. As the face of an ever-growing family business, our salespeople provide the lasting first impressions that our customers are looking for when making a purchase for their home. With our company’s strong reputation, stellar installation teams, custom CRM software, tight-knit culture, and more, SPF sales representatives go to their pre-scheduled sales appointments knowing that the whole company has their back.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Running 2-5 pre-scheduled sales appointments per day in your territory obtained
through company marketing
o Sales calls are scheduled from 9am-5pm M-F, with the rare request for an
appointment after 5pm or on a weekend day.
- Occasionally going outside your territory to assist another territory in need
- Generate sales revenue by closing pre-scheduled sales appointments in your territory
o Monthly sales goals will be set by your sales manager
- Further develop your territory beyond company acquired appointments by encouraging referrals, building a COI, creating relationships with builders, architects, contractors, etc.
- Follow up with previously quoted customers
- Work with the inside sales team to help close previously quoted customers you chose to pass on to them for follow up
- Assist the install coordination team in planning the technical aspects of the installation
- Remain in contact with the customer through the entire process to ensure a smooth,
successful install
- Stay up to date on the processing of all after-sale tasks in our custom CRM to keep the deal moving through the pipeline to install efficiently
- Promptly respond to all emails, phone calls, and texts from coworkers and customers
o Sales reps must be available for communication on evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
