You can become a Skill Development Therapist, Job Coach or Para professional today in one of Orange Counties most progressive programs for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Find yourself in a fast paced, fun environment that will kick-start your dream to provide help to those in need. A typical day involves mentoring 1-3 individuals to develop self confidence, work skills and a sense of independence. Each of our students is provided an individualized experience and YOU get to be the one to make the difference. We a growing very fast, and have hired over 40 employees in the past 3.5 years.

Requirements:

• All Driver's must be 21 years or older
• All Driver's must have been licensed for a minimum of 5 years
• High School Diploma Minimum (Growth Opportunities for Higher Education)
• Be available to work Monday thru Friday 8am to 2:30pm
• Own a Vehicle (Valid Registration, Insurance, and Drivers License)
• Pass Criminal Background Check (DOJ,FBI, LiveScan)

Benefits:

• 8am to 2:30pm Daily (35 hours weekly)

• PAY: $20.00 to $25/hr Average pay for entry level employees at OC Bridges (Rate is based on Combined Hourly, Cell Phone allowance and Driving mileage allowance)

PAY STRUCTURE- Hourly (minimum) + Client difficulty Pay ($2-$4.50/hr depending on difficulty) + Mileage Pay (.70/mile). = $20-$25/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist Clients to achieve outlined goals (Work experience, Speech and language, exercise, money skills, etc.)
• Become an advocate for your client to help them develop a sense of purpose in life
• Drive clients from work locations to recreation sites and be a mentor at each site
