WE ARE HIRING!
Part-Time Local Maintenance Person needed in Canterbury, NH! We also need landscaping services (equipment provided).
Roughly 2-4 hours per week, minimum.
1099 – independent contractor
$15/hour plus mileage one way to any facility that is not home base
Duties:
Twice Weekly - min 1 hour each visit
- Drive/walk through the entire facility
- Check for damages
- Check for empty units
- Clean out empty units
- Overlocks and unlocks as requested by site manager
- Pick up any trash found on-site.
- Check for locked open units.
- Check for anything out of the ordinary
- Take pictures with smartphone – must have a smart phone
- 1st of each month do a site visit and check for empty units. No matter the day of the week, site visits for empty units must be made on the first of every month.
- Repairs and maintenance tasks as requested by maintenance manager
- Meet with contractors as requested by maintenance manager
- Assess damage
- Light duty repair and maintenance
- Other, as needed
