Job description

The Bedford Village Inn, Restaurant & Grand Hotel is a Luxury Resort featuring 64 rooms & suites, several Dining Options, wedding and function rooms, an outdoor, salt water pool and hot tub, lobby bar and state-of-the art fitness room.

  • 8-16 or 24 Hours/Week (Flexible)
  • 11PM-7AM
  • Looking for a weekend night auditor Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday nights-Can be flexible)

Previous experience in the hospitality field is preferred but not required.

We have two buildings, the Inn & Grand. You would be assigned one of these buildings. The one auditor will be responsible for "rolling the system", the other's responsibilities will mainly include assisting guests as needed, completing rounds of the property, Check-In/Out.

The Night Auditor will be responsible for various tasks and duties throughout the entire Property.

Night Audit Tasks Include:

  • Complete projects assigned from Front Office Manager
  • Incident reports need to be completed for all out of ordinary occurrences
  • Answer calls
  • Coordinate the efforts in fulfilling guest requests
  • Accommodate special requests (Such as wakeup calls, delivering snack orders, extra towels etc.)
  • Handle guest check-in/check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist guests with amenities, cots, minor maintenance issues
  • Complete property rounds

*Tasks may differ.

Experience with OPERA Cloud a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
