Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The Customer Service/Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their printing needs, including answering inquiries about print products and services, providing quotes, processing orders, and resolving customer concerns. They will also be responsible for selling print products and services to customers.

Requirements:
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Multilingual may be preferred or required.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Job Requirements

Required Education:

High school diploma or GED and

6 month of clerical or office experience

Skills:
  • General office and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Knowledge of printing industry terminology and equipment
  • Excellent communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong prioritization skills to meet customer needs
  • Detailoriented and organized
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to handle difficult or upset customers
  • Sales experience and the ability to upsell or crosssell products and services
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies S
  • trong problemsolving skills to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Empathy and the ability to build rapport with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
