Partnership Track – Outpatient ONLY (Minimal Call) – $225k Base Salary
Full-Time Pediatrician opportunity to join an established private practice with clinics in McAllen, TX. This position offers a great work/life balance, competitive compensation, and an impressive facility with ample medical and admin staff.
Opportunity Details:
- Monday-Friday (No Weekends)
- No Inpatient Call OR Newborn Rounding
- Nurse Triage Line for evening clinic call
- Shared Call (2 weeks on, 4 weeks off w/ minimal volume)
- Competitive Salary + Production Incentives ($225k base salary )

- 4 weeks PTO, 1500 hours CME, Licensing reimbursement

Requirements of the Pediatrician
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Have/will complete Pediatric Residency
- Must be able to speak Medical Spanish
