The PL Business Specialist will assist Personal Lines and OneSelect departments in providing research and responding on CBSI Bank referrals, closing opportunities in the system, verifying key information needed and assisting both teams with reports, etc. This role will also help with Marketing materials working with marketing to provide what's needed for CBSI Bank locations and ensure our flyers and materials are reviewed and updated frequently.
- Research Bank referrals and respond to requests from either CBSI Bank representatives or internal OneGroup team members.
- Keep Personal Lines and OneSelect opportunities in EPIC up to date, and close as needed.
- Assist in the development of reports and verify information for the Bank reporting and other reporting as assigned by the VP of Customer Experience and Operational Efficiency.
- Update Patra with Bank branch assignments
- Be the central contact of any specific Bank requests like, Marketing material, reports, how to submit a referral, schedule meetings for Bank locations and prepare material, etc.
- Assist Producers and Inside Sales by coordinating personal plus and centers of influence meetings. (Coordinating material, setting up meetings, etc.)
- Support inside Sales and Producers with Bank procedures.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for Bank location overviews.
- Validate Inside Sales and new business reporting and assist with any assigned reports needed for PL and OS.
- Work with internal teams to update them on CBSI Bank referrals and other new business initiatives as needed.
- Research any issues with CBSI bank referrals that are sent from the Bank to check and respond back quickly on status, ensure teams are handling quickly.
- Vanguard reporting to include contact with Carriers for monthly agency production reports
- Assist with Customer Experience via campaigns to increase customer contact (i.e. researching EPIC reports for incomplete emails, etc.)
- Providing Marketing with content from Carriers for other sources to leverage for client communications
- Participate in seminars and classes for skills and knowledge development.
- Perform other duties as required.
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Professional Certifications/Licenses:
- Property & Casualty Agents/Brokers License Preferred
- Maintain Agent/Broker License through continuing education
Experience:
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Insurance Experience Preferred
- Ability to use menu-driven software
- Ability to work independently as well as in a "team" environment
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
