Job Summary/Overview

As a member of the photo process team, technicians are responsible for performing activities that maintain the flow of production through the factory, maintaining high quality, and working to achieve the company's business objectives. This includes but is not limited to: daily Process SEM Operation and recipe creation, following standard operating procedures to ensure processes/systems are running effectively, performing daily sustaining duties by responding to down equipment or interlocking lots, working in a team environment, and having good communication skills with various unit parts.

Specific Job Duties

  • The person would be performing entry level process sustainer duties.
  • Performing routine process monitoring, adjustments and qualification in a high-speed, high-throughput manufacturing environment.
  • Communicating with engineers, other technicians and manufacturing personnel.
  • Become able to perform the change point management task set.
  • Disposition lots, identifying the critical failures that imply bigger problems. Fix those problems or document and escalate.
  • Participating and/or lead in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collect data using standard metrology equipment and report results.
  • Responsible for CDSEM recipe generation for Photo process monitoring across multiple tool models.
  • Perform troubleshooting for CDSEM recipe issues, with the potential to identify countermeasures.
  • Support new product recipe setups as well as recipe troubleshooting across multiple Scanner and Stepper platforms.
  • Ability to work with others to support yield, defect, and process investigations.

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

  • High school diploma
  • 2 year college degree or technical school certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Semiconductor or high volume manufacturing experience preferred.

Work Hour Expectations - Shifts, Weekends, Overtime, On call

  • Workdays & Hours: 1st shift 8am-5pm / A Shift / C Shift, with an expectation to support factory needs which include (but are not limited to) night shift rotations, weekend, and holiday coverage split amongst the team.
