TexomaCare
Our experienced team of physicians is dedicated to caring for all members of the family at every stage of life. TexomaCare is comprised of primary care physicians and a variety of specialists in nine local communities. Working with TexomaCare means you will work with a care team of physicians, advanced practitioners and staff providing compassionate and quality care. TexomaCare is proud to be affiliated with Texoma Medical Center (TMC), the Texoma region’s leader in hospital services. TexomaCare offers Primary Care including Pediatrics, Cardiology, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, ENT, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Pain Medicine, Psychiatry, Urology, and Urgent Care services.
Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of UHS, was formed in 2012 as the physician services unit of UHS. IPM develops and manages multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics which align with UHS acute care facilities. It also provides select services for the Behavioral Health division of UHS. Through continuing growth, IPM operates in 11 markets across six states and the District of Columbia. Our leadership team, practitioners, and teams of healthcare professionals are collectively dedicated to improving the health and wellness of people in the communities we serve.
Position Summary Population Health Quality Coordinator:
- Under the direction of the Quality Coordinator RN/Quality Improvement Analyst and Market Leadership is responsible for leading the quality improvement activities needed to perform favorably on contracts and ACO financial incentives.
- Works closely with primary care providers and clinical staff to achieve key measures of success, closing gaps in care and accurately coding patients’ severity of illness in their documentation.
- Participates in collaboration meeting and process improvement initiatives between the ACO and insurance companies’ quality program managers and the primary care practice.
- **This is a hybrid market role which will entail the following: Travel to Enid, OK and/or Denison, TX based on specific market, will not exceed 30% travel.
- Clinical Responsibilities:Denison: Support performance improvement across all contracted private payer programs; Enid: Perform annual GPRO audits, Support ACO and MIPs performance improvement

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Medical Assistant certificate required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Medical Assistant Certificate of Completion and 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- Fluent with medical terminology required
