Production Shift Manager position of our further processing production operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring top-quality production at the lowest cost while maintaining a safe work environment. If you're a natural leader with a passion for excellence, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct supervision of further processing production operations
• Coordinate production, maintenance, sanitation, quality, shipping, and receiving areas
• Establish challenging goals and standards for each supervisor to encourage teamwork and achieve goals
• Train subordinates and appraise performance to ensure effective utilization of human resources
• Monitor operations to meet company policies, quality specifications, USDA, and OSHA standards

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years experience in the poultry/food industry required with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Must have good leadership skills.
• Must have the ability to interact with operational and processing management.
• Must demonstrate critical thinking skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Manager will cover 2nd shift.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
