Northwest Michigan Health Services, Inc. is a federally qualified health center that serves under and uninsured patients in northwest Michigan. Our Benzonia clinic follows an integrated healthcare model offering medical, dental, behavioral health, and enabling services to our patients.
We're looking for a dynamic leader to head up our clinics in Benzonia as a Clinical Services Manager.
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Benzonia clinic sites. They oversee day to day operations of all three service lines: medical, dental, and behavioral health.
Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or 2-5 years supervisory experience in a similar healthcare field
• Registered Nurse licensure preferred but not required
• Ability to work calmly in a high-pressure situation, maintain focus in an environment of constantly changing priorities and function effectively as part of a management team.
• Ability to work as part of a team, maintaining a positive , professional attitude, demonstrating desire for professional growth and development.
• Demonstrates skills in critical thinking, problem solving and prioritizing
• Demonstrates good communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to use work-related computer software accurately and effectively
• Dedication and concern for the working poor, medically at-risk and populations with special needs
