We are a fast-growing entertainment lighting manufacturer located in South El Monte, CA, and are seeking a Product Manager to expand our product line. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new product opportunities, fine-tuning existing products, developing product pricing strategies, and ensuring that products comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. You will manage the product budget and allocate resources effectively to support the development and launch of new products. Additionally, you will work alongside sales personnel to visit customers, and provide product demos and training to existing and new customers. We are seeking an experienced individual who can work independently, is self-motivated, and has a background in entertainment or consumer electronics.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new product opportunities and develop product strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Fine-tune existing products based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Conduct product testing and troubleshooting on all new products
• Conduct product training sessions for internal staff and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate product risks and ensure that products comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Manage the product budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
• Develop product launch plans and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that products are promoted effectively.
• Act as a liaison between the factory and other departments to ensure that product development timelines are met.
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and product developments.
• Work alongside sales personnel to visit customers, and provide product demos and training to existing and new customers.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from idea to market launch.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure that our products remain competitive in the market.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a product manager or any similar position.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A background in entertainment or consumer electronics is a plus.
