Production Technician | $19.25/hour
Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

Remove casing from bacon logs
-
Operate a slicing machine to slice logs of bacon
-
Visually inspect stacks of sliced bacon and transfer them to the packaging machine
-
Inspect and weigh rejected bacon slices to see if they meet specifications
-
Collect, separate, box and account for all product that does not meet specifications

Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Ability to read and write English
-
Ability to lift up 50+lbs on a frequent basis
-
Ability to work in cooler temperatures, around 38 degrees
-
Ability to push, pull, bend and stoop frequently

Previous Forklift experience required

Previous production or material handler experience required
