Arning Companies Inc. is currently seeking a Construction Project Administrator. The main job responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Construction Management/Arning Contracts
- Construction Management/Arning prequalification applications
- Construction Management/Arning contractor license
- Construction Management Pay applications
- Construction Management Purchase Orders
- Construction Management Accounts Receivable
- Construction Management COI’s
- Construction Management lien waivers
- Construction Management Accounts Payable
- Construction Management Coordinate the execution of new project work orders.
- Construction Management Audit the completion of project documentation.
- Construction Management Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
- Construction Management Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
- Construction Management Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations
- Construction Management Assist in analyzing and coordinating the supply chain of the business
Experience required:
· Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Knowledge of general accounting procedures
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
· Experience in accounting with a construction business highly preferred Adequate experience as a coordinator in a business environment required
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Good knowledge of Procore project Management a plus
· Proficient in technology and general office equipment
