You will be responsible for maintaining a fast-paced agile set of teams that delivers updates, new experiences, and innovations, to the digital portfolio of experiences You will work very closely with the Digital Manager of Product and Engineering Manager to integrate development with other teams, vendors, and/or shared resources. You will guide your product teams to adhere to the agile frameworks and maintain the highest standards of compliance, security, and scale.

Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria is documented and completed by engineers
Works closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies are understood. Facilitates requirement conversations with Technology Teams and Technical Product Manager
Experience in functional requirements gathering, facilitate team planning, elaboration, technical sessions as well as monitor help and support chat channels.
Helping business owner and/or product manager refine backlog
Including dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements
Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with product manager
Delivers artifacts in JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirement alignment sessions
