Job Title: Property Manager, Residential

Park Location: Concord, NC

About the Job:

• Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our two residential properties.
• Respond to all guest inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Partner with Marketing on all marketing materials for the property
• Ensure all team members are aware of and comply with policies and operational procedures.
• Enforce park's rules & regulations.
• Monitor monthly expenses.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local agencies that regulate fair housing laws and park operations.
• Market park-owned models, for sale as well as prepare flyers to list and sell home(s)
• Oversee capital expenditure improvements.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Asset or Property Management
• Flexible with work hours, including occasional weekends.
• Ability to actively walk through the park and facilities while performing work duties.
• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Great communication skills a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with Rent Manager management software or willingness to quickly learn

Physical Requirements:

• Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
• Visually look at a computer for extended periods.
• Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time.
• Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
• Repetitive hand motions, such as typing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
