Your Job as a Driver/Certified Recover Mentor (CRM):
**Certified Recovery Mentor in the state of Oregon required**

Your Job as a Driver/Certified Recover Mentor (CRM):
You will be providing Certified Recovery Mentor services. CRM services include case management, care coordination, and building rapport with patients. At least 50% of your time in this role will transport clients to the clinic then back to their destination. Responsibilities include but not limited to driving clients to and from clinic, taking work orders for trips, and operating wheelchair lifts as needed.

Shift hours are early mornings Tuesday - Friday from 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM, allowing you to enjoy a great work/life balance.
Your Responsibilities as a Driver/Certified Recover Mentor (CRM):
- Show up to work in a timely manner
- Provide case management under supervision of Clinical Supervisor and in cooperation with Primary Counselor
- Document services provided in EMR in professional manner
- Take work orders from supervisor for client trip
- Drive clients to their destinations on time
- Document trips and safety checks per company policy
- Assist clients as they get into and out of the vehicle
- Report back to supervisor when clients have been dropped off at their destination
- Report traffic delays en-route back to supervisor
- Report any incidents or accidents to supervisor
- Operate wheelchair lifts as needed
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Recovery Mentor in the state of Oregon required
- Valid driver's license
- No major traffic offenses within the last 3 years
