The MTS On-Site Manager’s primary function will consist of managing the utilization, resources, timelines, and focused projects of a designated On-Site Dispatch team (West, Central, East). They will be first line guidance for all On-Site Dispatch Support within their region and share responsibility for a wide variety of challenging and detailed processes in support of branch-specific route-building, optimization, analysis, and dispatch.

Together with the Remote and Routing Managers, the On-Site Manager acts as a subject matter and process expert in support of MNX’s front-line dispatch and dispatch coordinator teams.

Travel expectation for this role is 50%.

• Must have at least 5 years of management experience. Call center management experience is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
• Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.
• Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, etc.).
• Working knowledge of call center equipment and systems is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Next Flight Out and other courier industry operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead others.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
• Problem solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow through on tasks.
• Presentation skills and the ability to speak and direct discussion groups.
• Ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Positive and patient.
