POSITION SUMMARY
PRO*ACT is looking for a dynamic individual to join the sales team! As a Regional Sales Manager you will be support organizational growth by increasing business with existing customers/clients and cultivating new customer opportunities. You will work to achieve customized business solutions for clients, apply exceptional business acumen to develop, monitor and negotiate program/project specs and budgets; develop a complete perishable category program resulting in operating efficiencies for clients, and act as voice of the customer with distributors that service them to maintain compliance and service levels.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience required
- CRM experience required
- Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals required
- 3+ years of sales and account management experience required; produce industry preferred
- Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting and business office operations required
- Experience calling on or servicing national account business in the foodservice industry preferred
