About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated hard-working and skilled individual who wants to help to continue to exceed in what we do best. We need a reliable renovation/remodel technician to join our growing company. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting your team and following all site health and safety regulations. The Renovation Technician is responsible for completing the day-to-day tasks of any renovation project as directed by Site-Supervisors and Project Managers. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. Performance based incentives will be offered in addition to base pay.

Preferred Skills:

o Prior experience with installation and or demolition on repairs such as (but not limited to) electrical, plumbing, appliance installation, drywall repair and painting. And installation key items: lighting, faucets, towel bars, shower rod, blinds, cabinet doors, base trim, hardware, etc.

o Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, finish carpentry and door/lock install

o Ensures compliance with all safety regulations including, but not limited to, the use of a personal professional safety equipment, safety goggles and gloves as appropriate while renovating units.

o Maintain constant communication with project managers; providing daily project updates on any issues out of scope prior to addressing.

o Knowledge and ability to use personal power and hand tools

o Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Provide own hand tools
Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regularly
Ability to stand and walk or climb a ladder for long periods of time
Ability to work in confined spaces
Have a team spirit, positive attitude, excellent customer services skills
Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License and clean DMV record
Drug screen/Background check

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
