- Bachelor’s Degree and One Year of direct care experience OR High School Diploma or Equivalency and 2 years of direct care experience.
- Valid Driver license - ability to drive organizational vehicle
- Act 33/34/73 clearances
- Pre-employment screening

Thursday into Friday 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Friday into Saturday 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Saturday into Sunday 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Sunday into Monday 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM

In any given day, you might assist the residents by teaching them to cook, clean, budget finances, manage medications, or take residents to appointments, interact with family members, and facilitate activities. ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Residential Care Advisors provide assistance and training to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/Serious Mental Illness in our residential treatment locations. We’re looking for people who have experience developing and mentoring a team, and who believe in a strengths-based approach, and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities. At Outlook Manor you will be joining a close-knit team of professionals who work to support the needs of a community adults with severe and persistent mental illness in a family-style residential setting. Some of our residents have co-occuring medical and sensory needs which are supported by the home’s staff.
Outlook Manor is a small 12-bed Comprehensive Mental Health Personal Care Home (CMHPCH) located in a neighborhood setting in West Mifflin, PA. Staff complete daily tasks focused on the health and well-being of the residents and maintaining a home-like environment. Our program prides itself in providing homecooked meals and individualized support to our residents, so that each day they know we care! This position offers many opportunities to engage with the residents both on site and out in the community. Along with daily interactions and conversations, staff are highly encouraged to help support the residents’ well-being through socialization, developing and encouraging participation of both and on and off-site activities, shopping, trips, and other activities that support their social and personal well-being.
