Areas is seeking a team of 20+ energetic, experienced, and passionate managers and assistant managers to operate 12 unique and flourishing restaurants located at the award-winning Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport.

Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overall operation of the establishment to include:
- People - Work harmoniously and professionally with all staff
- Guests - Create a culture that exudes excellence and ensures an extraordinary guest experience
- Presence - Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests
- Develop - Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees, assistant managers, and supervisors to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
- Profitability - Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory, and cash control.
- Standards - Implement and enforce all restaurant standards in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Equipment - Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
Position Details
- Status - Full Time / Exempt
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
- Schedule: Minimum 50 hours per week - 10 to 12 hours a day.

Qualifications:
- Experience - Previous restaurant management experience
- Leadership - Strong leadership ability
- Energy - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Details - Strong attention to detail
- Availability - Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
- Financial - P&L experience
- Education - Minimum of GED
- Must be 18 years old
