introduction

the pepperrell cove group is looking for a restaurant reservation officer to oversee the daily reservation requests for our various operations. phone lines are very busy throughout the day. our reservation officer will be on the phone lines throughout the shift assisting with guest reservations and information. this is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for daytime to early evening hours.

daily overview

• average shift is 10 am to 6 pm and we are open 7 days a week.
• arrive for scheduled shift time, listen to all voicemails and book accordingly.
• review email contact form requests and resolve any action items.
• assist director of operations with daily filing and office organization.
• training will include a general overview of all booking procedures and hours of operation, as well as software training utilizing our online reservation ledger, resy.
• will work closely with the director of operations and general manager to ensure all walk-in requests are captured.
