Position: RN Hospice

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (09:00AM - 5:00PM)

Job Duration: 13 Weeks of contract with an option to extend

Job Location: 261 Connecticut Drive, Burlington, NJ 08016

Orientation: All Hours Billable

Job description- Hospice is a comprehensive, holistic program of care and support for terminally ill patients and their families. Hospice care changes the focus to comfort care (palliative care) for pain relief and symptom management instead of care to cure the patient's illness.

Responsibilities-

• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care
• Make frequent visits to the patient to evaluate their condition
• Provide support and comfort according to individual patient’s needs
• Work with caregivers to plan and execute excellent patient care
• Help in administering medication.

Requirements:

1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience

Must have license And BLS Certificate

COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):

Required + Booster - No Exemptions, Current Booster

$1720 Weekly Pay
