Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a remote sales team currently in Houston and Dallas
  • Design and implement strategic marketing plans by successfully manage a marketing team
  • Design and implement strategic business plans that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to Cactus Cash Leadership

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead, scale and successfully develop a sales team, currently in Houston and Dallas markets.
  • Door to door canvassing experience.
  • Proven self lead generation experience.
  • Proven success within a Sales Management role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Finance experience a bonus.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, website design, social media
  • Sales driven and motivated mindset
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Willing to travel to work with remote sales team members
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
