HDD Broker: Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service and computer skills.

What You’ll Do
· Accurately generate, coordinate, and review Sales Documentation including invoices, Bill of Sales and Purchase Orders.
· Marketing: Post to social media, edit videos, inventory and ship marketing material
· Administrative duties including answer phones, supply orders, courier shipments and general office support. Assisting managers and sales team as needed.
· Create new equipment listings, update existing listings, monitor stale listings, and update our listings on 3rd party sites. Identify and describe all makes of HDD Equipment in an accurate and engaging manner.
· Customer Service: Interact and develop relationships with our sales people and customers to better understand their selling needs
What We’re Looking For
· Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products required. Accuracy is a must
· Video editing and social media knowledge is an asset.
· Customer service oriented, ability to respond effectively and timely
· Build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships

· Assessed based on qualifications and experience
· Pay Range: $17.96 - $23.76 per hour
· Benefits package available
Travel
Though rare, occasional travel may expected of this position.
