Samaritan’s Purse is looking for highly-skilled administrative professionals who are passionate about the proclamation of the gospel to join our Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Seasonal Human Resources Team!

A Day in the Life of a Seasonal Human Resources Support Coordinator

At Samaritan’s Purse, the gospel is the center of all that we do! Serve as an OCC Seasonal HR Support Coordinator and you will have the opportunity to:

• Guide seasonal associates through the onboarding process
• Ensure accurate completion of I-9 forms for all new hires
• Complete quality control checklists for seasonal candidates
• Work with the Human Resources Support Project Supervisor to meet compliance guidelines
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of OCC seasonal staff as needed

This is a full-time (40+ hours per week including some Saturdays), seasonal commitment that runs from mid-August through mid-December. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be eager to learn, and have a heart to serve in a hands-on ministry. Screening requirements include skills testing, a social media review, pastoral and professional references, and a criminal background check (upon acceptance of offer).
