Senior Marketing Manager, COREtec
Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing development, execution and measurement focused on growing the market share and profitability of the premium brand, across all channels, and globally across the US, Australia, Asia and Europe. Knowledge in the areas of international markets, foreign cultures, and international business operations is therefore required as further expansion globally is a key component of the brands growth agenda. The role is based in Dalton and supervises and executes all marketing activities related to the channels and must develop a strong understanding of the business + competitive companies/products and the premium consumer. As a leader within the organization, the candidate must have the skill set and experience necessary to make sound business decisions, set strategic direction and influence internal/external stakeholders to execute a strategy. Primary Responsibilities: Define, execute and measure complex global marketing strategies effectively supporting carpet and hardwood the within retail and commercial channels. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion to ensure timelines and budgets are met Highly collaborative role requiring strategic influence over product category teams, product design, sales and other marketing team members Leverage market research and put it to work for the brand. Identify gaps in research and work with internal stakeholders to obtain and leverage Develop and oversee global marketing materials relevant to the desired audience, including but not limited to national sales force, retail customer and end user/consumer Understand and align marketing deliverables with message, imagery, and product for tangible and digital platforms, globally understanding the different needs and behaviors of different countries Effectively communicate global marketing initiatives to internal and external audiences + customers Drive brand consistency globally through all activities Effectively identify KPIs and measure marketing tactics, optimize as needed Positively represent Shaw’s culture and values when engaging with customers. Must have at least a Master’s degree in Marketing or Engineering Management. Must have completed coursework in Must have completed coursework in: Sustainability and LEED, Supply Chain Management, International Management, and Logistics & Transport. Job Location: Dalton, GA.
40.0 hrs./wk 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM $99,819/Yr.
