ROLE SUMMARY
You will have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain prospective talented employees. Starting from sourcing the candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating employment factors to salary recommendations, you will manage the full recruitment cycle to meet business needs. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Senior Recruiter, Candidate Experience, Biopharma, will take on special recruitment projects as needed to support client groups.
  • Become credible, trusted talent advisor to Biopharma client groups.
  • Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Able to provide first level feedback for internal and external candidates.
  • Manage the offer process for internal and external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development.
  • Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals and follow recruitment guidelines and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit. Utilize appropriate selection techniques.
  • Effectively integrate diversity and veteran recruitment into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.
  • Develop an understanding of Pfizer's Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Achieve recruitment metrics against Global TA targets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • BS degree; or equivalent professional work experience required.
  • 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Must have demonstrated experience building teams from the ground up
  • Must have demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with both hiring managers and all HR coworkers associated with your client groups
  • Must have experience using an ATS, Workday preferred
  • Must have the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in direct sourcing experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a direct recruiter role internally within Pfizer or within a large corporate environment.
  • Prior recruitment experience supporting Pharmaceutical Commercial or similar recruitment, including but not limited to Marketing, Analytics, Brand Management, Internal Consulting, and/or Medical.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $75,700.00 to $126,300.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 10.0% of the base salary. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
