Job description
We are seeking candidates who want to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment and can adhere to company policies regarding proper food handling and table management. Must be able to have at least 4-5 days availability.
Responsibilities:
- Take customers' food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Interact with customers in an effective and friendly manner.
- Prepare and deliver food and drinks to customers in a timely fashion.
- Operate point-of-sale terminal for taking payment for meal or drink items.
- Review and maintain cleanliness of serving and bar areas in the restaurant.
- Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and other dining options.
- Have knowledge of state laws regarding alcohol and food control.
- Read recipe ingredients lists to determine ingredient availability in the kitchen.
