We're looking for shift leaders to join our team. Our shift leaders are responsible for maintaining order in the restaurant location and ensuring that customer needs are being met during their shift. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand and apply company policy, communicate effectively with team members, and remain composed under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Advise the manager of any problems that arise at work.
- Ensure punctuality and attendance of staff members.
- Ensure that all employees follow the appropriate protocol.
- Handle any customer issues that arise at work.
- Train employees on how to deal with difficult customers.
- Provide relief to current shift leader when needed.
- Work with other shift leaders to coordinate schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
