Job Highlights:

• The Shift Leader should meet and exceed Customer & Management expectations

• The Shift Leader must lead and manage their team members, and provide support to Management, in order to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, stocking, food preparation, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks

• The Shift Leader must provide support, assignments, direction and motivation to other Employees

• The Shift Leader must train and coach other Employees and handle last minute absences

• Execute Daily Tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency

• Aid in maintaining a clean, customer friendly environment in the store

• Ensure the team is providing exceptional customer service

• Forecast, order and stock merchandise as required

• Resolve customer concerns, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively

• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management

• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect

• Support Management in other tasks and assignments on an ongoing basis

# Employees must have their own transportation to work at all times

Pay rate will vary depending on individual's experience.

Education/Skills Required:

· Must be at least 18 years or older to apply.

· High School diploma or GED is preferred.

· Working well within a team

· Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast

· Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role

· Previous sales experience is required. Previous 7-Eleven Experience will be preferred as well.

· Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to stand and/or walk for full shift.

· This position requires constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, reaching, kneeling and crouching/ squatting. Frequent or occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 20 – 50 pounds is required.

· May be required to climb a ladder and/or stool, kneel or crouch to store or retrieve materials and/or place or remove signs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Oak Park, MI 48237: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
