Who you are: You’re a creative who loves shooting original Tiktok // IG // FB content. You love building a community. You’re knowledgeable about content creation and its algorithms, can shoot and refine footage, alongside writing up interesting scripts for the content. Ideally, you’re a film student who can work in NYC.

What youll be doing:
× Creating mental wellness focused engaging, fresh storytelling content that is relevant, interesting and entertaining to Frankly’s audience.

× Identifying trends and opportunities as they emerge in real time > quickly ideate > create concepts for content that will stay true to our Frankly’s image > post > engage in the online dialogue.

× Walking around NYC to shoot Insta // TikTok worthy content (example content: what does a mental wellness day in a city look like?)

× Using a robust skillset from photography to videography, graphic design, and platform native tools, you’ll create a wide range of content that suits our mental wellness brand. From quick social posts to longer beautiful shoots, you will create a range of content and traverse quickly between styles.

To be successful, you should have: × Bachelor's Degree (Ideally film major) × Passion for mental wellness × Be comfortable being live on camera; you can improvise and able to interact with members of the public × Formal or informal writing, acting and directing experience (e.g. stage or film) Qualifications: × Demonstrated record of growing a DTC brand’s community × Great copywriting skills. Every great movie starts with a great script. So is the case with great content ideas. × Good understanding of the relationship between content quality + performance, doing continual improvement of your content backed by analytics on social listening, monitoring, measurement of ROI × Natural charisma. You’re able to hold a room with your presence and stories × Engage with comments, as well as commenting on other relevant content to the brand on the platform × You have a sense of branding and know how to keep a consistent tone of voice in your writing, shooting and acting × Must be in the NYC area – Hybrid office schedule
