Social Worker - Acute

JOB DETAILS

Summary Assess patients and families and provides intervention and We are partnering with an acute center that is needing a LCSW Social Worker on day shift for 13 weeks. Must have a current Mass license. treatment to support patients. Address psychosocial needs and patterns of adjustment throughout the hospitalization and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to formulate treatment plans to maximize emotional, social and physical well-being.

REQUIREMENTS

LCSW current MA license covid vaccine
