- Provide Epic system Tier-2 Application Solution Design. Help client with strategic project implementations, coordination, system configuration and testing.
- Leads the review and design concepts for new systems and develop high-level Requirements Document.
- Consulting with Business Partners to define scope and requirements.
- Researches and evaluates business and technology enablers.
- Functions as a consulting liaison between business clients and development team to ensure alignment between business requirements and delivery.
- Solution Design.
- Leads solution design activities for the project.
- Create solutions design, solution alternatives, and supporting estimates.
- Ensuring compliance with National System Strategy and other architectural and standards.
- Assures solutions and release packages are aligned with Architecture Standards and the National Systems Strategy (NSS).
- Acts as a proxy for Enterprise Architect to the business.
- Identifies opportunities for solution sharing and re-use.
- Contributes Solutioning activities/task to the overall project plan.
- Consulting.
- Provides leadership and direction to clients in consulting, planning, and socializing of multiple, complex automated systems.
- Provides subject matter expertise on the Claims Connect system to cross-functional, common business areas at various project lifecycle milestones.
- Develops solution alternatives (SAA) and LOE Estimates. Provides input to solution estimates for client funded and investment projects.
- Identifies impacts and recommendations to current business processes.
- Technical Documentation.
- Creates Qualified Idea, Concept, Requirement, App Build Requirement, Application Logical Solution Design documents, etc.
- Work with the business team to write and enter user stories in JIRA.
- Solution Risk management.
- Assesses project impacts to identify technical risks and issues. Assists in the development of risk mitigation plans.
- Functions as a facilitator among various IT groups and the business, to ensure project success.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 + years of related Epic Tapestry experience
- IT Solution Design, IT Requirement analysis, IT Consulting, Technical Documentation skills
- Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving, client management skills, Strong meeting facilitation skills, Strong written and verbal communication and Have worked on IT projects in the solution consulting/business analyst role
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

- For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, Jersey City, Colorado, or Nevada, Washington and/or California Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City, Jersey City, State of Colorado, and the State of Nevada, Washington and/or California Deloitte takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,000 to $148,000.
