The Sr Financial Analyst will synthesize complex financial and operational information, analyze trends, and prepare reports and presentations in support of our financial planning efforts. This position will be expected to collaborate across Operations and Marketing departments within the company, and coordinate with Business Unit Finance, Treasury, Accounting, HR and other corporate support functions.

Essential roles and responsibilities of a Sr Financial Analyst:
- Using Excel, build and maintain detailed financial models of the company, including long range forecast models, cash flow models, project finance models, and/or other models as may be requested by the Director/Manager of Financial Analysis
- Support Business Unit Finance as necessary to provide analytical support for operations analysis and decision making
- Analyzing relevant information, trends, and data to support decision making and forecasting
- Prepare financial analysis of current operations to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare cost/benefit analysis on proposed projects and investments
- Prepare ad hoc operational and financial analysis and special projects
- Other duties as assigned

The required qualifications we are looking for in a Sr Financial Analyst:
- 3+ years’ experience in an analytical role
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering or other analytical field
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Solid oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of the company
- Excellent PC skills with MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint experience
Preferred requirements:
- MBA
- Working knowledge of airline economics
- SQL programming experience
