Job Description

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our recruiting team with a diligent Senior Talent Sourcer. In this position, you’ll work closely with the recruiting team to identify the most qualified candidates. You’ll be responsible for finding, filtering, qualifying, and presenting candidates to build a pipeline for assigned open sales positions.

About You

• Organized: you’re able to handle multiple projects at once and can make sure all are getting the necessary attention

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify resumes for all assigned high volume positions mostly consisting of 100% commission sales roles
• Upload resumes & candidate information into ATS upon positive response
• Maintain reports on progress of sourcing efforts
• Reach out to various institutions to bolster sourcing efforts i.e., community colleges, community programs, employment offices, etc.
• Brainstorm and test language for candidate reach out
• Help with any additional administration or recruiting efforts as necessary

Experience & Skills:

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong written/verbal communication
• Problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
• Minimum of 6 months of sourcing experience – experience sourcing outside sales positions a plus
• Experience with an ATS preferred

This position is a full-time role that has a salary of $45k-$50k.
